Beaufort Community Association Childcare Fees

BCA is a registered charity and as such all the income we receive goes toward our actual overhead and we strive in reinvesting to constantly improve our resources and setting. As a Community Charity our aim to always be as accessible as possible for all families that need our resources, and we are particularly proud to be able to say that we have not adjusted our rates for over 4 years now!

You must be a member of the Charity Association to use any of our childcare resources, and this membership fee is renewable annually.

For Wraparound and Holiday Clubs, all parents are invoiced at the start of each month for all sessions used in the previous month. For Little Bees Nature Pre School, all parents are invoiced at the start of each academic term.

From September 2023 we no longer accept cash as a payment method, and we only accept payment by BACS (Bank Transfer) and the payment instructions including the payment reference to use is detailed on the invoice.

Please note that late payments or non-payments may risk your child’s place within any of our resources, so it is important that parent accounts do not fall behind.
