We provide Breakfast and After School Clubs from our setting at the Community Centre. Our services currently provide these clubs for Stourfield Infants and Juniors Schools as we are based on the same site and benefit from direct access to the schools site, thereby ensuring complete security in the knowledge that the children never have to leave the safety of the site to attend our clubs.
We welcome parents to drop their children to us from 7.30am where they are
provided with some resources for play until they start their school day. Both the
Infants and Juniors are taken directly to the relevant members of staff and signed
into school at the appropriate times.
Whilst the children are with us they are free to help themselves to a range of
breakfast items which include a selection of cereals, toast and fruit which are
included in the cost of the session. Once they have had their fill of breakfast we have
a variety of resources around the room for children to occupy themselves with until it
is time for our staff to take them directly to the teaching staff at Stourfield Schools.
Our staff collect the children directly from the school site at the relevant time,
bringing them in to our setting. If the children are attending any after school activities,
we collect them when their activity finishes and they will then join the other children
already in the setting. We provide various resources including arts, craft, games,
Lego and of course films to watch if they want to just chill out!
During their attendance all children are provided with snacks and water/juice, of
course we have some parents who prefer their children to have something more
specific which they provide, and we welcome this however please remember that we
are a nut free setting. Our snacks are mostly fresh fruit based but we do have a
selection of biscuits and theme-based snacks where appropriate for example on
pancake day!
Our After School Club closes promptly at 6pm so if you are aiming to collect as late
as possible, please aim for 5.55pm to ensure our staff are able to close the setting at
6pm.

your enquiry and we will take you through the steps of how to register, you can follow

We offer two ways of using our Wraparound sessions, Regular Contracted and Ad
Hoc. Both ways of booking are the same price for each session (at the moment)
however with a regular contracted booking, we guarantee your child a place on the
chosen sessions. With Ad Hoc, we do require one week notice of the sessions you
require for the following week, but we may not be able to accept some bookings if we
are already up to staff ratios on the session requested.
For both ways of booking with us, all parents are invoiced at the start of each month
for all of the sessions used in the previous month.
